A little less conversation, a little more action

Looking for success and achievement in the world we find it with people of a different background and different means. It is the same with failure. Now, I am the person who believes that the difference between a successful and an unsuccessful person is that the former tried just one more time, which means the true cause of failure is in almost all cases inaction or surrender. An article has been written on the victim mentality, but now we’ll go to the other character flaw (which in truth is probably caused by one form of victim mentality), the “not yet” particle. 1000 kilomètres en vélo, en solitaire. Episode 5

Le voyage continue. Je repars d’Hadsund le dimanche 17 juin au matin, c’est déjà mon sixième jour de voyage. L’étape de la veille a été la première pendant laquelle j’ai montré des signes de faiblesses, la première à questionner de manière légitime ma capacité à atteindre la destination finale. Cependant ma détermination grandit de jour en jour. Je suis au nord-est du Danemark et continue ma route vers le sud dès le petit matin. Le début de la journée s’aventure toutefois à travers les mêmes méandres que celle de la veille à l’instar des erreurs d’orientation qui me font perdre du temps. Toutefois, cette fois-ci je suis pleinement maître des affres de mon esprit et je garde le contrôle. Les routes danoises se suivent et se ressemblent, ainsi que le font les paysages. Aussi mignon que bucolique certes, mais pas moins monotone pour autant.
